Historia
In challenging times, why do so many of us turn to Pema Chödrön for guidance? Many say that it’s her honest and caring way of communicating the core teachings of Buddhism - not just conceptually, but directly from her heart to ours. In these inspiring sessions, she teaches us how to give that compassion to the person we neglect most often - ourselves.

One of those life-altering books
Revisado: 08-19-16
This book really spoke to me. It has begun to change the way I interact with my world. Pema Chodron's perspective on these Buddhist teachings is priceless - and her humor and wit are thoroughly engaging!
In summary, I am a better person for reading this book.

Self Help with Instructions
Revisado: 01-06-15
Finally a self-help book that guides you in what to do after the "Lightbulb Moment" happens. I've read far too many books of this genre that are very enlightening, but are short on the follow-through. I'm left not knowing what to do next or how to incorporate the ideas into my life.
This is not one of those books. It's approachable, applicable, and amazingly funny...and had already started working before I finished the book.
I highly recommend it.
