Great book, but lacking supporting resources

I feel like the book is very good and details the aspects that build and sustain performance very well. However, some sort of cheat sheet / infographics to accompany it would help quite a lot. I'd recommend getting a copy of the book itself too, so you can refer back to principles outlined in certain chapters.
