Historia
Alice's adventures, funny, inventive and disturbing, have fascinated children and adults alike since their publication. The White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter, the Queen of Hearts and the Cheshire Cat (and, of course, Alice herself) all have something "Curiouser and curiouser!" to say in this new unabridged multi-cast recording. A delightful fantasy down the rabbit hole.

Historia
What did Jesus teach? Distilled from years of study and lecture, affirmed by nearly a million listeners over the last 50 years, Emmet Fox's answer in The Sermon on the Mount is simple. The Bible is a "textbook of metaphysics" and the teachings of Jesus express - without dogma - a practical approach for the development of the soul and for the shaping of our lives into what we really wish them to be. For Fox, Jesus was "no sentimental dreamer, no mere dealer in empty platitudes, but the unflinching realist that only a great mystic can be".

New age propaganda
Revisado: 06-11-19
This is new age propaganda that ignores entire phrases of Christ from the Sermon on the Mount that done fit the writer’s agenda.
It is not worth your time, really.

Encouraged in my walk!
Revisado: 04-19-17
This was a very intriguing read. I was encouraged in my walk with the Lord however it didn't feel as if I was being preached at. The way the story was written gave me the opportunity to receive truth in a different way. I felt like I was on the sidelines learning how to hear the voice of the Lord. Her relationship and love for Jesus was authentic and compelling. Wonderful read. Awesome narration.

Historia
Quit defending Christianity. Author Carl Medearis is not interested in keeping Christianity alive. Not one bit. Carl believes it has grown into something that is rarely attractive, frequently divisive, and all too often embarrassing. He believes you may feel this way too. In his new audiobook, Speaking of Jesus, Carl gives us a wink and a grin and the permission to stop feeding this thing called Christianity. His offer is that doing so allows us the freedom to relax and feast on Jesus.

Great book
Revisado: 02-17-17
As with all things, listeners/readers must "eat the meat and spit out the bones." However, I found that there was a lot of protein in this book. I found myself more empowered to not only love the person of Jesus Christ but to talk about him to nonbelievers and believers alike with hopes that they will also develop a love and trust for who he is and what he desires to do in our lives. Thumbs up, from me.
