WOW!! Life changing!!

I listen to a lot of books, podcast, etc. This book and Aubrey’s way of teaching literally was the light switch I needed to turn my life in the right direction. I’ve always looked for tangible steps that I could follow that resonate with me personally and my crazy busy schedule. My wife and I are building our business all while working full time in the hospital as front line workers. On top of that we are healthcare travelers so our environment changes every 3-6 months. This book was everything I’ve been looking for. Since reading this my health game is on point, I feel amazing and inspired daily. And best of all my relationship with my wife of 12 years has soared and we are more in love today than we were when we were married. Thanks Aubrey for sharing your story and knowledge. You are that one person for me that I will always remember as the guy that gave me the knowledge and inspiration I was looking for to living a hero’s day everyday.
