I started this practice weeks ago and I can tell your consciousness by the time you breathe increases a lot, not to mention the retention time and stress release. I think the benefits of the practice could be multiplied if you meditate as well. Thank you Wim Hof for sharing your knowledge.
I hope more scientifics start to investigate this method.
