Historia
Jonah, the reluctant prophet, was called to prophesy against the pagan capital of the world, Nineveh. He attempted to shun the assignment until God explained it to him a little more clearly! His message to Nineveh: 40 days and you get yours! The greatest miracle in the book of Jonah was Nineveh's repentance, within the allotted 40 days, on speculation! They reasoned that maybe, if they repented, God might change His mind. They did. And He did. A century later, Nahum was sent to ask them to repent and Nineveh failed. Judgment resulted.

Historia
Reporter Beth Wright is hot on the trail of a story that could expose an ugly scandal at the St. Clair Children's Home. But there's another hunter on the scene, someone who wants to make sure the story never sees print - and who isn't averse to lethal means, either. Nick Hutchins, a social worker, has his own uneasy hunches about the children's home, which are confirmed by Beth's investigation, a high-speed attempt on her life, and finally the startling confessions of an intruder. An appalling picture emerges of helpless children under the sway of a modern-day Fagin. There's one person who can save the children: Beth herself. But using the key could cost her reputation - or her life. One of the Sun Coast Chronicles, Presumption of Guilt is a gripping portrayal of the depths of human evil, the soul-twisting influence of lies, and the far-reaching freedom of God's mercy and grace.

Historia
International art dealer Louis Dubose has been murdered, and the police are certain that they've got their man. Ben Robinson, recently fired by Dubose, has a motive backed by a convincing trail of evidence, and it looks like an open-and-shut case. But one woman, who knows Ben all too well, isn't convinced. Sharon Robinson is about to gamble her own well-being on Ben's innocence, even though her personal indictment against him is almost as bitter as murder.

An Amazing Example
Revisado: 02-19-19
This is an amazing example of a brilliant author who is eloquent, in which you can see his love for God and God's word who is completely wrong in the foundational thought of the book. To "faithfully read Genesis 1:1" you do not draw from pagan text and language to redefine a Hebrew word written by the creator of of ALL things. The only reason to draw a distinction between material creation and functional creation is to open the door to a thought process that was proven deficient in the nineteenth century. Speaking of Evolution as a whole and proven science in a book of faith giving credence to the lie of Macro evolution just because micro evolution shares the last name. I do not question this brother's salvation only his understanding of good science both in the study and interpretation of a proven principle which is the foundation of Genesis 1:1 as well as not understanding the reason the world is so vehement in crushing any presentation of the truth of God's word.
We who are believers of God, His word and it's perfection need to stand on the principle that He knew us before the foundation of the earth and has preserved His message to us and while there are times that understanding of it is not plain to us that is not a fault of the scripture but a limitation and example of our finite minds and being. It is also a testament to His Loving Grace and Mercy when we do not understand.

Historia
What did the writer of Genesis mean by "the first day"? Is it a literal week or a series of time periods? If I believe that the earth is 4.5 billion years old, am I denying the authority of Scripture? In response to the continuing controversy over the interpretation of the creation narrative in Genesis, John Lennox proposes a succinct method of reading and interpreting the first chapters of Genesis without discounting either science or Scripture.
