Quinn's mother needed heart surgery but refused putting Quinn in a position of either selling some of the ranch land or go bankrupt. Oliver had a plan!

This story was sad at first, then became very sweet, forgiving, and full of love.
Benji bullied Gavin through school. when Benji got out of prison he was angry.
Ultimately Gavin and Benji got together. Their love for each other is epic. Read the book and you will be taken on a journey of love and forgiveness.

Beck Powell was an abused by his uncle as a child. He got away and went to Harla, Colorado and began working in a book shop/coffee shop.
Jamie Flores enters the shop and sparks fly between them. It takes Jamie a while to help Beck find his confidence. They become boyfriends and all goes well until Jamie's ex re-appears.
From that point on Beck lives a nightmare when his uncle has him kidnapped so the uncle can continue to abuse him.

Fun Story . . . Enjoyable Read

The story was fun to read and easy to follow. Dean is the CEO of his grandfather's company that owns the Blue Star Resort. Wyatt is one of the event planners for the grand opening. They meet for the first time neither knowing who the other was.
Remembering the next day they were stunned, but still had a lot of attraction for each other. Wyatt had been burned in the past so he wouldn't start a relationship with Dean!
The journey they take was fun to listen to and the ending gives everything a NEW reader could wish for.

Arlo was a complainer and Walter was manipulative. The fun of this story was seeing which one blinked first on the tea shop situation. I knew early on they would end up together but the journey was worth the read. The narrator was great. He read the story as if he was acting like the different characters complete with the emotions of each character.

Loved the story, Loved the ending

This story was great to read. I loved Simon and Luke!
They met 6 yrs earlier and shared a night. They only got 1st names. 6 yrs later they meet again at San Diego Comic Con, with Simon giving a false last name and Luke, being a superstar in Hollywood, was a little bit concerned about Simon being a journalist.
I'm going to leave the family issues and HEA for you to read. You will love the outcome!

I liked this story but it didn't grab me like others have. It was a basic story with some good passages.
The narrator's voice was nice but without much emotion. It was hard to stay interested.

I loved this story. I really appreciate how J.P. Oliver writes stories that bring to light the consequences of homophobia and PTSD.
Jay has PTSD due to his family rejecting him at a young age. He ends up on the streets. He gets help from a police officer and then goes to live with his cousin.
Corey see's Jay at a coffee bar and is smitten. He asks Jay's cousin to introduce them.
What follows his a love story and the fight to handle PTSD in order to live and love!

TROUBLE of the best kind!

This story hooked me from the very beginning. When Upton and Tristan met there were sparks. Both had a son and the two boys became close friends. And, so did Tristan and Upton.
Upton was dealing with the fact that the person in prison for killing his cousin was appealing to be released. Tristan was the guy's lawyer and decides to keep that information to himself.
Since this book has an HEA I don't want to give any spoilers. Get this book, listen to it and you will enjoy it!
