The story grabs you with the first chapter and never lets go. I enjoyed the breathless pace and lack of fluff. Very tight story—ready for the next installment, Jack. Now please.

Good and passionate review of how the Left has undermined the third branch of government…and how we are turning the corner. Very current and relevant.

The title doesn’t do the story justice. I enjoy Michael Connelly and John Grisham. Here, a hard boiled detective is thrust into tracking a relic with dire consequences even he doesn’t believe. The werewolf element is handled with gritty flair. This was a fun book read by the author.

Feminist rantings on the history of law

This series of lectures is by a feminist apologist who rides thru the history of laws and examines that history thru that lens. She examines the story of Eve from the Bible/Torah,the Scarlet Letter, and Moll Flanders (confessions of a whore) to illustrate her points. The narrative is ideological drivel rather than informative. Skip it.

Perfumed, effete Admiral who idolized Hillary

This book could be summarized as "The rules only apply to my subordinates, not to me, my favorites, or my fellow elites." McRaven plays fast and loose with the rules while expecting everyone else to follow them. He conveniently leaves out a lot--like how he was fired from Seal Team 6 for insubordination. Guys like him stayed in the Navy because they had no opportunities on the outside. He learned how to be compliant and submissive to the political leadership. He took credit for others' good work while refusing to take ownership of failures. I have no respect for anyone who admires Hillary Clinton and name-drops her in his book to curry favor. Enjoy the war stories, but don't expect to hear anything from a moral or ethical perspective worth noting--it isn't in his character.

Sugarcoats and blames the Church

Isn’t it nice that you can blame racism for every personal failure in your life? Well wait, if that doesn’t work work you can always blame the Catholic Church.
The real victim of this story is hardly even glanced at: the white man who was cheated on, lied to, and who supported and raised the offspring of that betrayal until he died. Only then did the mother feel comfortable with the truth coming out. No accountability to be had now.
What a bunch of crap people.
Not worth your time.
