he seems more like a preteen

he's supposed to be 16 years old yet he seems like a lot younger, also he was raised in an orphanages so he may actually supposed to be more mature than other people cuz being an orphan it's a harder life. I just didn't care for the immaturity. ghost doesn't really seem like a master assassin he's too impatient and he seems to mess up a lot

too bad that guy died. he seemed like good people. shrug seems to have gotten a lot stronger now and going to be a lot stronger and the next book with everything he just got. I'm still hoping for a storage device or something be very useful for him. kill those cat people

interesting what's happening. I like how a lot of people are coming together. hopefully the girl loosens up a little bit and doesn't go crazy she seems like the type that she might. it'll be really cool if the next antiques he get is some kind of armor and an old bag that becomes his inventory. that'd be awesome because I really like it when they get storage devices in books

14 hours of World building

this is 14 hours of a story that encompasses less than 2 days and it's just info dump after info dump. the villains are truly sadistic

the king is crazy. too many Side characters POV

he can be a little too arrogant at times for me but it's kind of understandable since he wants the most powerful human in the world. other than that I'm loving the story

I only have two gripes with this very good book

I know he's sick and that's why he leaves Daniel but he does leave them lot with people he don't trust for extended periods of time.
the second thing is he's a backend support class his weapon of choice should be the bow&arrow or maybe some other ranged weapon. if getting a weapon skill helps with using that weapon the bow&arrow is the perfect weapon for him or hell a slingshot, something.
