EVERYONE should read this book!!!
Revisado: 02-19-21
Seriously!! This book is about men, yes. But I was introduced to this book by a woman. And I have, in turn, shared this book with a couple of my female friends. And they LOVED it! They all said it gave them a better insight on men and what men really go through.
This book has been a godsend to me. I listen to it weekly! And it has changed me profoundly in a very short period of time.
Highly suggest! And Traver is so down to eat let’s and personable. Fantastic book! Fantastic author!

Great information
Revisado: 08-17-20
The information in this book was great! Very insightful and helpful.
The performance, however, was a bit choppy. Sentences were run on or cut short. Quite a few repeats as well. Had to listen to a few parts over again to decipher what was being said.

Historia
I'm the Man is the fast-paced, humorous, and revealing memoir from the man who co-founded Anthrax, the band that proved to the masses that brutality and fun didn't have to be mutually exclusive. Through various lineup shifts, label snafus, rock 'n' roll mayhem, and unforeseen circumstances galore, Scott Ian has approached life and music with a smile, viewing the band with deadly seriousness while recognizing the ridiculousness of the entertainment industry.

Fantastic!!
Revisado: 08-07-20
This was one of the most fantastic autobio’s I have ever listened to. Anthrax was the band that got me into metal almost 35 years ago. Scott has always been one of my favorite musicians, hands down! Listening to this book gave me so much insight to the band and so much insight to Scott as a person. I’m not kidding you when I say that I laughed AND I cried while listening to this book. NO BULLSHIT! Scott you are an amazing person. And I have an even larger respect for you and for Anthrax!

In Insecure in Love, you'll learn how to overcome attachment anxiety using compassionate self-awareness, a technique that can help you recognize your negative thoughts or unhealthy behavior patterns and respond to them in a nurturing way - rather than beating yourself up. You'll also learn how insecurity can negatively affect healthy dialog between you and your partner (or potential partners) and develop the skills needed to stop you from reverting back to old patterns of neediness and possessiveness.

Excellent information
Revisado: 01-29-20
Great information! I learned a lot about my attachment style and how it pertains to my current relationship. As well, I learned quite a bit about my partners attachment style and how to navigate that.
My only negative mark on the book is the audio. Of the narrator. The microphone she was using is hypersensitive. I could hear whenever she took a drink of water. It was a bit distracting.
