Amazing production! My friends, I have recommended love it, I don't tell them about the Easter Eggs that reside within. They get so excited when they hear of certain characters and places. If you consider yourself a nerd or just enjoy great production value-this is a must.

I would have liked more information on the trace evidence aspect, but the book gave more than most. What baffles me is how prosecutors sit on cases unless they are going to win, which results in more crime happening. However, you here people being convicted without physical evidence in other places. Still baffles me how serial killers have zero remorse but worried about their families after they are caught. They don't even pretend to lie, just ignore the victims.

Not as good as the first two.

Even though I plan on seeing the series to the end; I felt that this wasn't a strong enough entry. The real progression of the overall story doesn't take place until the very end, last few minutes. However, with the revelation at the end, I expect the next book to have more substance.

Love Scott Brick as a narrator. Bought this book on a whim and found it very enjoyable. Moving to the next one in the series.

Would make a great textbook.

This book is 50% true crime as we know it and 50% textbook. It may not be for everyone, given the antalytics in the textbook places. I will admit I found myself skipping many spots with raw statistics, in audio format it just doesn't work. Would have been nice if there was a .pdf supplement instead. Since, I study true crime- I will be picking up a physical copy, which will read better for the textbook type stuff.

Very interesting book! I would say insightful, but it comes as the cost of the women/girls who were brutalized. Michael Ross was very open about his crimes. Hard to tell if he was sincere or just manipulating the author. Honestly, probably will have to listen to again and do my own research. Very unique either way, would recommend.

Good, but redundant.

This was a good book for being an Audible daily deal for $3.95. However, the book had only about 2-3 hours of actual information and five hours of how excited the Author was to tell you about it. When it did get down to the meat, I learned some things I haven't in other history books. I really enjoyed the Author and went through the book pretty quickly.

Could have been awesome, but........

Could have been awesome, but the sound editing was horrible. Some characters you could hear clearly while others sounded like mumbles. Plus music overpowered the dialog. However, for the free Audible original this month it was worth the listen. I hope the other books in the series improve upon the sound editing, because I would be interested.

Awesome Audible original that should be free.

This is a great listen if you are interested in true crime. However, the price is high for one credit. I would pay $8.95 for this at the most and not waste a credit. Even better if it's free, since it is an Audible original in the format West Cork. As a listen, I enjoyed it; it filled in a lot of pieces to the the puzzle. However, it does bring up scary privacy issues with genealogy data.
