Historia
Arnar is a land of warriors, its people as stalwart as the stones themselves. In a land of dark forests and ancient hill forts, a forgotten evil is awoken by curious minds. The great histories and the sagas say nothing of this evil, long passed from the memory of even the studious scholars of the college. For centuries, the scholars of Arnar have kept these records and preserved the knowledge and great deeds of a proud people. The story of these people is, forever, chronicled in the sagas of the great histories.

Historia
Faraday pointed his revolver at the men. He fired a single shot. The shot struck the coach driver in the chest. It was a clean shot that went right through the driver’s chest. The codriver winced in pain beside him. His shoulder was bleeding just as much as the driver’s chest. Faraday’s men were shocked by what they had seen. The bullet had gone through the first man’s chest and exited right through, striking the man beside him. It was an amazing shot, to say the least.

Harmon Waite has been tricked by the devil and fed to a dragon - twice! The first time, he got away by putting out the dragon’s left eye with his living sword Yeshu’a. The second time, Harmon Waite is up against a planet-wide sandstorm, a lost civilization deep underground, acid-spitting white worms, and of course, a big, bad one-eyed, majorly pissed-off dragon. That’s just the first half of his hero’s journey.

I’m Harmon Waite, a homegrown private investigator. I’m supposed to stop the Ripper, but all I’ve managed to do is piss that devil off. A different take on "Jack the Ripper"
Revisado: 11-17-20
Boy, there is a lot packed into this short book at 3.5 hours long. I enjoyed listening to this book. The narration was excellent. The story is strange, interesting, full of action. Not what one would expect with a "Jack the Ripper" story. I look forward to the sequel.
