Lots to Process

I enjoyed this book. It had really cool use of magic, warriors, and politics. The writing creates images in your mind as you listen/read. Get ready, however, there is a lot. A complex story, lots of characters with important connections. This isn't bad. It can be a lot of you aren't ready.
If you enjoy a good fantasy with magic and complex characters, you will enjoy this book.

This final.chapter of the DragonLance Destinies starts with a flourish and doesn't stop until the end of the story. This book, like all of the DragonLance books by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman bring deeply develop characters whom we cheer and come to love. It is a satisfying end with captivating storytelling.

An Amazing Beginning

Light of the Jedi is a compelling read to introduce a new era of the Star Wars Galaxy. Charles Soule writes a highly intelligent book that paints the picture of the Republic that precedes events of which we are familiar. There are amazing ways that the Force is used, beautiful ships and structures, well developed characters and a few intriguing links the galaxy we already know. Soule also introduces an evil that puts fear into even the most powerful Jedi.
