Historia
In this powerful book, happiness expert Jennifer Moss explains why burnout is so rampant - and provides simple, researched-based solutions for helping employees minimize stress and building happier workplaces. We tend to think of burnout as a problem that we can solve with self-care: more yoga, better breathing techniques, and more resilience. But evidence is mounting that applying band-aid solutions to an epic workplace phenomenon isn't enough.

Whining victim mentality
Revisado: 11-29-23
I personally experienced burnout….twice. The road to getting out is taking personal responsibility, in drawing boundaries, in challenging the workplace, in developing yourself to have other options…. Getting out of the victim mentality is the most important step. This book is all about hoe the system is at fault and wont help. Had to stop listening.

Health care is in the midst of a massive disruption. With financial structures in tatters and the future uncertain, this is the moment to begin the revolution. But first, leaders need to learn how to support staff at all levels as they make transformational improvements in care. This book demonstrates that real change is very personal and has to start at the top - whether you're an executive, governing board member, manager, or physician.

Not a good audio book format
Revisado: 10-02-22
Has good content but not for an audiobook format. Had they at least provided access to the pdf for visuals and lists then the audiobook would have been remarkedley improved so you could at least check the visual or the list.
At times just reading out several lists of questions / principles / proceedures doesnt work with just audio. A shame as some of their content is very interesting.

Amazing and life changing!
Revisado: 02-27-20
I love the way the book is built up with the different sessions allowing you to identify areas that apply to yourself.
People have different experiences but the underlying emotional responses are the same. This book helps you to tackle your fear, which for me is the first step to effectively regulating emotions.
Life changing advice.
