To much info for gestational diabetes
Revisado: 01-21-25
Not enough info about core type 2 diabetes. I do not want info about type 1 and gestational diabetes diabetes. Create a separate book these other types.

The guidelines she recommends are presented in a strident and manner.

I am a type 2 diabetic who is doing a very good job of getting my numbers in the correct range about 50% of the day . On the 6 months I have been working on getting my diabetes in check I have made progress week in week out. The recommendations she states as facts while I am sure if followed would get my numbers down to the perfect range.in the 14 days it would take. But I live in the real world and do not have a personal chef, I have a family and am delighted with the compromises I make. My weight was about 25% of my cdc advised weight should it should . In 6 months I am down 8% My numbers have been cut in half. At the rate I am going I will be perfect in a few more months. I will be golden. If I would have followed this restrictive diet none of my friends or family would be speaking to me. Using all your will power for extremely restrictive diet control can take consequences in your life. Slower but steady is working for me for now. The way the statements of what you must do made me uncomfortable to listen to.

This riveting debut set in 1534 England secured C. J. Sansom’s place “among the most distinguished of modern historical novelists” (P. D. James). When Henry VIII’s emissary is beheaded at an English monastery, hunchbacked lawyer Matthew Shardlake is dispatched to solve the crime. But as he uncovers a cesspool of sin, three more murders occur - and Matthew may be the next target.

A must read for anyone who was poor student.
Revisado: 08-29-04
A must read for anyone starting a business who was poor student in school or anyone that loves a good story. The book is funny interesting and inspirational. For the many people who were unable to excel in school it is so helpful when the individuals who have achieved phenomenal success share their stories. The other current best seller that highlights this phenomenon is, "The Devil in the White City" detailing the extraordinary contributions of Daniel H. Burnham. Enjoy!
