Really good story telling

This story was well told. it is so interesting to hear the experience of someone being out for the first time at 47, after being married and having Children. I can relate to this story as I also am the same age and recently came out as a Gay Man Publicly. It was refreshing to hear the struggles are not just me. I know this is not real life and is just a story but it resonated with me.

All I can say is WOW.

I cried at times, I was like NOOOO not again, they have to make it across. I felt like I was right there with him at every step. This is a compelling story, To hear the struggles of someone who crossed at such a young again was so powerful. I am glad there was an update and an honest discussion at the end of how this truly affected him and his struggles.
I would defiantly recommend this book to anyone.

Wow this was such a good story. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I felt like I was there in the middle of all the action.
