Historia
Jayson Gaddis is a personal trainer for relationships and one of the world’s leading authorities on interpersonal conflict. For almost two decades, Gaddis has helped individuals, couples, and teams get to the bottom of their deepest conflicts. He helps people see the wisdom in conflict and how to get to zero - how “clean and clear” we feel with others when we have successfully worked through a disagreement. In Getting to Zero, Gaddis shows the listener how to stop running away from uncomfortable conversations and instead learn how to work through them.

Fake 'Spirituality'
Revisado: 11-02-19
I must say I really dislike this book. why didn't they just name it, "whatever happens in life, just to let it go"? it's pretty much all they talk about. Well I would like to challenge that theory. This book also talks about frequency, frequency is something that can be changed through different meditative States and also through different emotional states. So if a child went through serious trauma at some point and it is ruining his life had a later point, this is an emotional state without a doubt. Would you go to that person and tell them to drop it and let it go? Of course not. I for one, would tell them to find a way to deal with it on a deep level through their emotions in order for it not to ruined their life. Obviously, letting it go would not work at all and does not take into account the fact that we are human and have emotions! This book has no answer for the example I just gave. And therefore, just based on that, this book is a false teaching. Leads you down a rabbit hole and provides zero solution. Don't bother with this book, if it's not of the light, then it's of the dark.

This was not about finding a niche.

They talked about finding a niche about 5% of the conversation. Then the rest of the book is about how to be a basic entrepreneur. That's not what I got this for
