This meditation and self-hypnosis program is perfect for both beginners and those who are experienced with hypnosis. It'll help you make portion control a natural way of thinking, training your brain to recognize when you're full so you're able to actually eat less and lose weight. It's all about creating that mindset for health and weight loss success. Your mind will receive deep hypnotic suggestions for positive change, deeply relaxing your mind and body, helping you remove any blocks and bad habits.

helps me sleep at night.

Very effective, very pleased with results
Revisado: 09-18-18
It is very effective for portion control. I got a bunch of hypnosis audio books for weight loss. I eat healthy, exercise, very low carbs, etc. My vice - I inhale food and I just can't stop enjoying it once I start. So, my calories intake tends to get out of control.
I find this tape the most effective. I purchased and tried quite a few, then started playing them mostly for help with falling asleep at night as I was sceptical. I guess I am no longer a sceptic. I wasn't sure if it would work from the recording, without a hypnotherapist, but this stuff works if hypnosis works for you.
It also does work on the subconscious level, and, I don't know how, but they say in a few books that subconscious will be soaking it all even if you do fall asleep. Some books even say that it's ok to fall asleep, go ahead. I did listen to the book while still awake so I know the contents, but quite often I am out.
What tells this book apart, that it brings you back to some time in childhood to discover things that prompt one to compensate with eating, etc. It goes beyond just repetitions and suggesting not to pig out ;).
As I said, I bought a bunch, but this is my favourite one, and the one that works the best. Very pleased with the results.

We are stuck, stymied, frustrated. But it needn't be this way. There is a formula for success that's been followed by the icons of history - from John D. Rockefeller to Amelia Earhart to Ulysses S. Grant to Steve Jobs - a formula that let them turn obstacles into opportunities. Faced with impossible situations, they found the astounding triumphs we all seek.

Historia
When Derek Sivers started CD Baby, he wasn’t planning on building a major business. He was a successful independent musician who just wanted to sell his CDs online. When no one would help him do it, he set out on his own and built an online store from scratch. He started in 1998 by helping his friends sell their CDs. In 2000, he hired his first employee. Eight years later, he sold CD Baby for $22 million. Sivers didn’t need a business plan, and neither do you.
