The story might have had hopes of being somewhat interesting if you did see the end in the first chapter. The writer also would have been better using actual dialog instead of monologing whole chapters with maybe only a few sentences spoken. example.: At the end of the book during the so called "wedding night" the WHOLE chapter is about what HE'S FEELING. Not one word about her or what shes feeling. I thought maybe he might be screwing a blow up doll but then no.. she did speak ..if the few words could be called that. Had to go back and look to see if the book was written by a guy. Two stars for the performance. It wasnt their fault the book was horrid.

Would you try another book from Aleatha Romig and/or Romy Nordlinger?

Absolutely not! I couldn't believe this was written by a women!

What was most disappointing about Aleatha Romig’s story?

Kidnapping and beating a women into submission then blackmailing her into staying THEN BEATING her almost to death Then marrying him. Stockholm syndrome doesn't even begin to cover it.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

other than she agreed to read this crap

I saw that this book was a series and after I realized where this was going I kept thinking surely the redeeming value in this story is that he is going to get his just rewards,,.like she kicks his ass, crumbles his empire and has his balls cut off .....but NO after reading the synopsis of the sequels I realize they fall in Love. There is absolutely no redeeming quality that should make a women fall in love with this scum NONE! Could hardly read the end after I found out how the story line goes in the sequel

What was most disappointing about the authors’s story?

It was an original concept having 4 stories in one, but even within each story is was repetitive

What didn’t you like about Susan Saddler’s performance?

Nothing! I barely got through the second story. Her 'men' voices sound more like Gargamel from the Smurfs. Not exactly what you want to hear in an erotic story. Also she moans and caterwauls something awful. Definitely a turnoff!

What character would you cut from Entwined Volume 2 - Revealed - Entire Collection?

The middle two stories were poorly written. The first and fourth were somewhat better but not much.

If I wasn't so bored on a 7 hour drive I would not have finished the book and deleted it. I kept thinking it might get better, but it never did.

Absolutely horrible. Having a dominating man in the bedroom is one thing but when they tell you what to where and start taking your BC pills then mentally disturbed comes to mind

It is to bad she had to read such an awful book. Hope she got paid well

Disappointment that any one even liked this and and that a women thought it was ok to write it. I kept thinking after I read it that it was a book used as sample of what an abusive relationship is like if the author I likes this type of relationship she needs professional help

What was most disappointing about Joey W. Hill’s story?

There was about 11/2 hours of story and actual plot in the book. I have read other books in this series and they were not this bad. I felt like I was listening to 10 hours of a descriptive monologue. It wasn't until about 6 hours in was there even a hint of a story. I almost didn't even make it that far. I felt this book was kind of an addition to the series that was just a character thesis nothing more.

What character would you cut from Mirror of My Soul?

Not sure that a character cut is in order. It was more that there was so little story. This could have been just a continuing chapter in the previous book about Margariette, not a whole book.

Good Story but terrible narration.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

How it was narrated. With both a man and a women narrating and both doing all the parts the story became a bit disjointed. One narrator would have made it easier to listen to.

Was Breaking the Rules worth the listening time?

It was OK. I would recommend the author as long as there was only one narrator.

If you could sum up Divide and Conquer in three words, what would they be?

Heartfelt, sizzling, & page turning.
Zane and Grady are the kind of characters that you love to really delve into. They are flawed, real, and hot!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Zane - He is tough but has a soft center

What does Sean Crisden bring to the story that you wouldn???t experience if you just read the book?

I really like how he brings the characters out in his speech.

Monotonous and Boring

Would you try another book from Sarah McCarty and/or Tavia Gilbert?

I thought the characters were simpering and flip flopped from trying to be strong to being a whimp. The narrator made the book very hard to listen to. I kept waiting for it to get better, but really spent a lot of time rolling my eyes.

Has Caleb turned you off from other books in this genre?

I have read other paranormal books that had a great deal more character substance than this. This was a bad harlequin novel

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Tavia Gilbert?

Terrible!
