Glorifies Frugality

Personally having worked in the service industry and in sales I have come across many of these frugal types. I never really liked them. Not because I don't value being good stewards of your money, but rather because of how they were cheap when it came to other people. They always seemed very selfish without thinking about how their actions affected others. They may think it's cool to be frugal, but really it's just inconsiderate. I cannot support this way of treating the people that are there to help you.

This is a political book with a misleading title

This dude I think forgot he was writing about focus and instead constantly pushed his woke communist agenda. There's so much wokeness in this book I couldn't finish it. Time to return.

Good book but could go with out the woke

There are some good practical tips but you are going to have to put on your woke earmuffs. She talks about privilege of being white. Some of you may be sick of the assault on the white race. I empathize with you. Can we not just get some information without this Zionist hatred towards the most successful race in human history? It is true, when you succeed you get haters.

That being said it was not all bad. There is some good advice on addiction. But maybe we wouldn't be addicted if society wasn't so full of hate towards our accomplishments. They want to bring us down. But we will fight!

Just Awesome

There's no fluffy "I'm trying to be cool and witty when I write a book in the 21st century." This is merely a book that aims to do its purpose, without any other. It is simply awesome. The narrator is wonderful. It is inspiring and deep and the only thing it lacks... is bullshit. This guy really spoke to me and I will listen to this many times over until the ideas are engrained. Thank you and God bless!

Annoying narration

I think the author was trying to save some money on the narrator. I think he should have spent a bit more money to hire a narrator with a bit more experience. The narrator has a noticeable stutter, often repeating the beginning of a word before saying the entire word. This is extremely distracting to the message. I suggest buying the physical book.

Too politically correct

Definitely a woke book. Author has a woman be the best in the office and two men who are not as good. You gotta be careful pushing your woke agenda in this arena because eventually all of the manly characteristics, like work ethic and killer instinct, will be disallowed to be published as well. Find another book.

This is another one of those self help books just aiming to make money. I am through chapter 10 and am yet to learn a new concept. The author took all the information from other books so if you are not new to the self help space, save your money and find something with new information. Also the narration is horrible. You can tell the narrator is trying way too hard and it is annoying. It's so frustrating for me trying to find new information nowadays. It's all the same recycled crap.
What's the worst is that he starts a concept and in my head I'm like "yep I know exactly where he's going with this. I've known about this concept for over ten years." And then he explains it as if it's cutting edge 😂

Please do yourself the favor and find something with original content not recycled.

This book saved my life

This has been the most influential book in my life. I remember the summer I picked this up and it was the best summer of my life. Since then my life has been a roller coaster. I've slid back into average actions and being comfortable on a few occasions... but reading this book is like taking the red pill in the matrix. There's no going back! Success is my duty. Any goal can be achieved with the right amount of massive action. Grant Cardone is my hero and I am so grateful for his work in this planet! Get this book and live by it. You will succeed!

I've listened to this book over 100 times. And I will listen again!
