Loud at some points but overall good

I found out I have covid today. I was feeling nervous and anxious all day and couldn't settle myself. I put this one and after listening the full time, i just slowly drifted off to sleep. I awoke a couple hours later and I felt more calm and relaxed.

Great affirmations

My only complaint is that there are parts where the narrator seems to be rushing through. He's saying the affirmations in run on sentences.
