Each rule was covered in depth, yet straight-forward and to-the-point, so you get a lot of information quickly.

Also, even though this title is geared toward Sales Management, it addresses interactions with other departments such as Marketing and Human Resources for maximum success.

Additionally, someone who is an Inside Sales Rep or Sales Development Rep could appreciate this audiobook to better understand not only the Inside Sales environment and how Sales Management is thinking, but also to better understand how their role fits within the overall organization, picking up a few tips for more successful selling, and insights that might help them be promoted into Sales Management, if they desire.

I found the combination of history and science to be most interesting. The book isn't intended to be funny, but the oh-so-ridiculous theories and beliefs that apparently-smart people came up with about sexes, before science, was laughable. These weren't just possibilities that Aristotle (yes, that Aristotle) and others hypothesized about while hanging out drinking wine on the isles of Greece, but actual beliefs (presumed to be absolutely true) of how the body, sex, and life worked.I got some good chuckles from hearing about the "wise" and their absurd conclusions. Makes you wonder what we today are being so "wise" about in our day, but is absolutely absurd.

Would you consider the audio edition of Actor Demo Reel Video Editing Guidelines for Actors and Editors to be better than the print version?

I didn't read the print version.

What did you like best about this story?

This audiobook was full of so much information. And the author obviously has a passion for demo reels and getting information out there to actors and editors making demo reels. What also amazed me were things that actors wouldn't normally know or think about, but Harper Mitchell didn't hold back on pulling back the curtain and telling actors what they need to hear. And there are some useful tips to help editors up their game..

What about Jay Prichard’s performance did you like?

Prichard portrayed the authors intent very well. His proper use of inflections really helped to convey the content and emphasize important points.

I appreciated the PDF that came with the audiobook. The graphic was useful in helping to understand the "Safe Area" topic. And it also includes a printable Table of Contents. Way cool! Makes it easy to review a topic again. Just find it on the TOC, and go back to the audio chapter for that topic..

The "Hairy Christmas" hospital escape was probably my favorite scene. Later, I rallied behind Jeneeva and her self-discovery transformation, and I was happy for her. I learned so many new southern colloquialisms. Lots of fun in this audiobook.

Adam's very disciplined voice matches perfectly for such a very disciplined subject.

This is a great package, because along with the audiobook, you also are provided a PDF that contains the text of the book, as well as the figures, charts, tables, etc. This means you can feed your desire to learn Taekwondo anywhere. Listen in the car or at the gym, then continue with the PDF at home (as well as view all of the pictorial images), and then pick it up again in the car, thus allowing you as much continuous immersion as you want. The audiobook also goes beyond just telling the moves; it includes the history, philosophy, discipline, bio-physiology, how to compete (tips to win, rules, etc.), AND it even has a section for advice for parents. It really is extensive in the depth in which it covers Taekwondo.

If you could sum up Business Secrets from the Bible in three words, what would they be?

Stop paying attention to all of those cute/inspirational memes and sayings that are posted all over the internet; they are so much rubbish. Listen to the wisdom handed down to, and through, the Jews. They have the successful history to warrant your attention.

It overwhelmed me to learn about the words and concepts that are not, and have never been, a part of God's language of Hebrew, and therefore are not things that we should be attaining to. For example, there is no word in Hebrew for retirement; God never intended for us to work and work for years so that we could eventually hopefully one day "relax" and do nothing or whatever we want. And there is no Hebrew word for "winning money" (do you lottery players hear that?). The Hebrew language teaches to earn money, not gamble for it or hope to win it. And the ancient Jewish wisdom (a new favorite phrase of mine) tells you how to be successful. It seems ironic, but the book teaches that you can be someone who works for a non-profit organization that helps people, but that you are always trying to get people to donate money ... OR ... you can be someone who is extremely financially successful and help more people in a much bigger way by having the large finances to do so. At one point, the book asks, and discusses, the question: Who has truly helped more people? Mother Teresa, or Bill Gates?

In just 18 minutes, you as a manager can learn some powerful nuggets for a happier and more productive workplace. Or, if you are someone who works under an ineffective manager, it will give you insight to the cause of their behavior, and how to be more successful within that work environment, which can set you on the road to be THEIR boss one day.

A Bold Collision

I say this is "Bold", because the author has combined so many different aspects of life together, and goes where some might be uncomfortable going. I won't give any spoilers, but will just say it is a mixture of romance, faith, and a situation that is very hard for people, especially women, in real life to deal with. I am certain that there are women out there that would take comfort from this book ... women who might feel that no one understands. I appreciate that it addresses the real emotional issues that are faced by all involved. And better yet, brings in the value of faith.

Where does Confessions of a Caffeine Addict rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I liked that it was a longer book, but made up of short stories, so if I couldn't get back to it for a while, I could immediately immerse myself back into it.

Which scene was your favorite?

The girl who had alcoholic socialite parents who started feeding her coffee at the age of 4, because they didn't keep milk in the house. All they had was alcohol or coffee, so guess which one the (not so) lucky girl got?

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

You can't listen to this book without thinking of many people that you want to give it to, because they need to know, and see, their own situation.
