As someone who grew up in this area, I loved how I knew all the places in the book. I love how it was written with a love for the region as well as a love for innocence and life itself. Remarkable story, and I will never forget it.

Rich in History and Mystery

It was slow at times being that there was so much back story to go through, but all in all the book was worth the read. It was fascinating to read about the life of Rudolph Diesel and the ending truly surprised me. What a great story to share with todays reader.

I original heard this while on deployment. The old school video game references was relatable, endearing, and drew me in to a futuristic story. Even if you don’t like the movie, you’ll love Wil Wheaton’s pacing and reading. Give this book a chance and enjoy the world it creates!
