Whether it’s a pop culture failure or a political one, Worst Ideas Ever uncovers the ridiculous stories behind mistakes so huge, you’ll have to constantly remind yourself that they actually happened.

Should be called Bad American Pop-Culture Ideas
Revisado: 04-16-14
Would you ever listen to anything by Daniel Kline and Jason Tomaszewski again?
Probably not. At least not without extreme causion
What three words best describe Patrick Lawlor’s voice?
The only decent thing about this book.
Any additional comments?
This book is all American and focuses mostly on sports and celebrities. These ideas, while bad, in my opinion, are not the worst ideas ever - even in recent history. While this is not the worst book I've listen to - it is ranked up there and I would recommend a pass on this one.

Is there anything you would change about this book?
The narrator. I understand that it is hard to find a balance when reading books. There are those with no tone inflections that, despite a great book, tends to put the listener to sleep. Then there are narrators like this one, where everything is stressed as though what is being said is of great revelation even if all they are saying is "she was born on.." You get the feeling that there are 20 exclamation points at the end of every sentence. You start to find yourself rolling your eyes at ever drawn out word and every spike in tone.
Would you be willing to try another one of Tessa Dalton’s performances?
I will not say no, as this could have just been a case of bad direction, but I will be weary in the future.
Any additional comments?
Narrators are a personal performance. The narrator ruined the audio-book for me. This does not mean the book itself was a bad one. I think the author makes some good points and her arguments are verifiable. However, until I read the actual book I cannot give this book a fair review on its content.

Another great Dan Brown Novel
Revisado: 05-20-13
Any additional comments?
I love Dan Brown's novels and this one was no exception. In his classic action packed writing style Dan takes us through Dante's Inferno, yet at the same time making the reader think about things maybe they haven't thought about or haven't thought about in a while. If you are a Dante fan and/or a Dan Brown fan then do not pass this book up.
Paul Michael also did a really great job at narration!

Amazing Story!

Any additional comments?
Actually "amazing" is not good enough to describe this book. I rarely write reviews, I never know if what I think is a good book, will be agreeable to others. But I have to say this about this book - if you love books, if you are looking for a story that has it all - ups, downs, and everything in-between - that leaves you sad it's over but delighted you listened to it, then you must get this book. I could not put it down (or in this case turn it of). The narrators did a fantastic job. They worked and blended very well together.

The perfect mix of fact and fiction. Really good and entertaining story. If you are looking for a good audiobook to capture your imagination and take you too an old world with a new twist look no further. I also found the narrator very good and enjoyable to listen to.

Great Book! Subpar narration
Revisado: 12-02-12

Who was your favorite character and why?
Gandhi
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
No
Any additional comments?
This is a fantastic book. I think it is a must read for everyone. However the narration does not do this book the justice it deserves.
