Let's be real - customers suck. It's Tony's job to "reset the customer experience" with no tools other than his customer-oriented attitude and expression of the greedy corporation's hip and trendy culture. Ha ha. Right. Tony knows his wife might not make it through this pregnancy. She's on bedrest due to a mass in the womb and odds are it's cancerous. As bills outweigh their income, he's forced to choose between packing in hours at Pizza Corp or spending what could be the last few months with his wife....

Depressingly accurate

I loved this book from start to finish. Having worked in food service I can attest that it holds true. Most customers are fine but some of them are heinous. I hope more people read and or listen to this and maybe rethink how they treat those in service industries.
