“She’s home for me. She was the first note in the love song of my life. On some level, I’ve always known I have to come back to her. But I also never want this love song to end.”

The Rockstar Returns is a small town, frenemies-to-lovers, rockstar (duh!) romance filled with the KayCo™ banter we all have come to love and expect. Damien Barber has had Vera on his radar since they were kids. Vera Kruger has managed to avoid the chemistry between her and Damien ever since that fateful graduation bonfire. But Damien has decided he’s tired of the games they’ve been playing. How long can they continue to dance around each other? Will being snowed in on a deserted island, with only one bed and a guitar, have them finally succumbing to their desires after all these years?

Kayley and Connor have brought us yet another entertaining story. Of course they have us laughing at the banter, clever chapter titles and puns. Plus the adorable lobsters and Crabby Crawford are back! But they also give us romance, spice and swoon! We felt such an emotional connection to these characters and were truly rooting for them to be a couple. They did an amazing job bringing the character’s emotions off the pages - we could literally feel Vera’s grief, as well as Damien’s love for her through the amazing song lyrics. *Spoiler Alert* The steamy scene where he writes the lyrics on her…y’all! 😍🥵

The audio is performed in dual narration by Emma Wilder and Connor Crais. As always, it is as fabulous as we were expecting, especially hearing Connor saying “Lobstah Claws” and singing…in Latin! And Emma is an Audio Queen - her accent game is always on point; she never disappoints!

Next up, Kayley and Connor are delivering a treat for us with “A Very No-Strings Halloween”, Billy Boston’s much anticipated story in the Very Holiday series, coming “Octobah” 4th. We cannot wait!

Drive Me Wild by Kim Loraine is a M/M rockstar romance that takes us back to Sunrise, Montana. Killian Wilde and his band were the hot, new stars on the country circuit… until the band broke up. Now he is a lost cowboy that doesn’t feel good enough to continue without his band, but doesn’t quite fit in on the family ranch either. Thankfully Killian’s manager and record label have not given up on him yet. They have paired him up with Jameson Lorde, Bristish bad boy rockstar, who also happens to be Killian’s idol since he was a kid. Can Killian and Jameson make his “little bit country” and his “little bit rock and roll” out to be the next big thing? Will Killian rediscover the confidence in himself and his all-consuming love for music again? Will Killian and Jameson make more than just beautiful music together? (wink wink)
Drive Me Wild is a duet narration with J.F. Harding as Killian, James Joseph as Jameson, and the fabulous Stella Hunter as the various female characters. Their performances evoke so much emotion and take the listener on a stunning adventure of love, soul-searching and finding where you belong.
Drive Me Wild is a stand-alone novel, but is book 10 in the Sunrise Cowboys series. We highly recommend starting from the beginning, because disappearing into the Sunrise, Montana world of swoon-worthy cowboys is an enjoyable journey. Kim Loraine will always be at the top of our one-click author list. She never fails to make us fall in love again and again!

"I guess that's the difference between you and me. I'd go to hell every single time if it's where you were. Beside you is the only place I want to be."

Holy cliffhanger, darlin’! K. Loraine and Meg Anne sure know how to leave us shaking in our boots!

Corruptor’s Claim picks up right where Sinner’s Secret left off. Walker has just been blindsided with the news that Cross and River are married. He confronts them, unknowingly shocking them with the news. They were both in the dark that papers they signed a decade ago legally bound them together. How will this news affect River’s connection with each of her cowboys?

Stella Hunter, Jason Clarke, J.F. Harding and Aaron Shedlock are back reprising their roles as River, Cross, Bishop, and Walker. The depth of emotion that these voice actors convey is astounding. When we heard the heartbreak and pain in Aaron’s voice, we felt it our souls. He absolutely blew us away with his performance. This is why we will always be audiobook lovers!

Corruptor’s Claim is the second book in the Twisted Cross Ranch series by K. Loraine and Meg Anne. The series must be read in order. The third and final book in the series, Deadly Debt, is releasing October 9th, and we can’t wait to see how this gripping story concludes!

Hold on to your britches, Darlin’…Sinner’s Secret is cowboys, but with a twist! K. Loraine and Meg Anne sweep us off our feet with this Yellowstone-inspired, cowboy mafia, why choose, brother’s best friend, enemies to lovers tale.

She swore she’d never step another foot on Twisted Cross Ranch, but a decade later, River Adams has no choice but to go home and face her memories and heartbreak. Kim and Meg have a way with making us fall in love with a story and characters from the very beginning!

The audiobook is performed in duet by an amazingly talented multi-cast that includes Stella Hunter, Jason Clarke, J.F. Harding and Aaron Shedlock. These narrators are at the top of their game. At last, Grace Note has arrived!
The highly anticipated story of the youngest McKallister was worth every second of the wait. Jill Bengtsson has once again created magic in the form of a book! Grace and Rory's story is a second chance rockstar romance that takes us on their emotional journey to true and lasting love.

As with the other books in the series, we get to see the aftermath of Jake's kidnapping, told from another of his siblings' perspective. Because of
Grace's experience, she recognized the brokenness in Rory's eyes the first time they laid eyes on each other. Fast forward to years later, she can still sense the damaged little boy inside, and is essential to his healing and redemption.

Grace Note is narrated flawlessly by Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber. Andi, as always, delivers a beautiful masterpiece. When we chatted with Zach at Book Bonanza, he said this was on his personal list of his favorite performances. Knowing the voice actor was moved by the story, can you imagine the lasting impression it will leave on you, the listener? And it absolutely does! Jill plus Andi plus Zach equals perfection!

Grace Note is book seven in the Cake: A Love Story series. The past and present are seamlessly woven together throughout the years, and the way Jill captures such realistic human elements showcase her writing talent. We are hopeful that Michelle & Scott's story will soon be coming our way. We always adore anything that Jill writes!

“I have had a crippling addiction to my wife for years, and I have absolutely no intention of ever quitting her.”

Thank you to Kayley Loring for gifting us with a delightful novella set in her Very Holiday series. A Very Grumpy Father’s Day is a follow up to A Very Bossy Christmas. Catching up with Maddie and Declan and baby Ciara felt like coming home. We want to be a part of the Cannavale Cassidy O’Sullivan clan!

Not many romances go past the couple’s HEA. We need more of this! Kayley’s writing is so real and relatable and takes us on the journey with the characters. She beautifully and humorously captured exactly what it feels like to be married and the everyday struggles that go along with it, the chaos that comes with becoming new parents, and finding your way back to each other as you find your new normal as a family.

The narration for this novella is top notch. Connor Crais and Mackenzie Cartwright have proven yet again why they will always be on our favorites list. They are both so incredibly talented. The accents, the impressions, the drunk singing…chef’s kiss! Kayley’s books are made for audio. Do not deprive your ears of this deliciousness!

AVGFD is exactly what we needed! In typical Kayley fashion, it was sweet, heartwarming and hysterical wrapped up and delivered in a Connor and Mackenzie sandwich. What more could we ask for? We cannot wait for Billy Boston and Piper’s books to be released!

“I’d never felt like I was missing anything, but how could you know you were incomplete until you finally knew what it was to be whole?”

We bow to the magnificent duo that is #KimAnne! K. Loraine and Meg Anne delivered an epic conclusion of The Mate Games: Pestilence with Lost to the Moon. We love diving into the intricately connected world and truly enchanting characters they have created. It’s been fascinating to not only see how the relationships with Rosie and her mates have developed, but also the bond between the men themselves. They are finally starting to feel complete, but their happiness and very existence is still in jeopardy.

To truly experience the depth of the story, we recommend you listen to the audiobook. We were absolutely enthralled with the brilliant narration. The cast includes: Stella Hunter as Rosie, Teddy Hamilton as Asher, J.F. Harding as Bentley, John Hartley as Gavin, James Joseph as Pan, and Jacob Morgan as Remington. Together these voice actors elevated the journey that Kim and Meg took us on throughout this series, as they battled Pestilence for the fate of the world.

Lost to the Moon is the fourth and final book in The Mate Games: Pestilence series and they must be read in order. We were sad to see Rosalyn Blackthorne-Donoghue-Mercer pack’s story come to a close, but thankfully it doesn’t mean it’s the end of the Mate Games world. You never know where these characters will pop up again. We cannot wait to see how the next round of The Mate Games begins when Death gets her turn to play! Coming in January 2024.

“I was her captive. Somehow I was no longer her king, able to demand she kneel at my feet and impose my will upon her. Rosie had become my queen…”

Hold on tight, baby girl! Just when we think Kim and Meg can’t shock us anymore, here they come again! Wowza! If you’re still reeling from that cliffhanger in Claimed by the Shifters, not to worry, it is resolved fairly quickly into Captive of the Night. But don’t get too comfortable - they still have all kinds of twists and turns to throw at us!

These ladies are queens of creating characters that are so deliciously despicable that we love to hate AND hate to love them. And they can write such an emotionally charged scene and turn around and crack you up with a well-timed one-liner or pop culture reference that makes their books such a treat to read!

As always, the narrators are the highlight for us. This amazing multi-cast performance consists of audio Queen Stella Hunter, Teddy Hamilton, J.F. Harding, John Hartley, James Joseph and Jacob Morgan, featuring a cameo from Jason Clarke, a.k.a. Father Caleb Gallagher. Hearing Caleb’s soothing Irish lilt felt like coming home. The bromance between Remi and Gavin is hysterical and we are so here for it!

Captive of the Night is the third book in The Mate Games: Pestilence series and must be read in order. We cannot wait to see how this round of The Mate Games concludes in Lost to the Moon, releasing in May!

“He kissed me like he did everything else. Completely. Perfectly. With an attention to detail that left me breathless.”

Y’all…Kim & Meg have outdone themselves once again… they are literary geniuses! Claimed by the Shifters took us on an emotional ride - making us laugh out loud, cry, stress and swoon. Not to mention the spice level had us spritzing our faces like Blanche Devereaux!

This multi-cast performance consists of Stella Hunter, Teddy Hamilton, J.F. Harding, John Hartley, James Joseph and Jacob Morgan. We already know we can expect excellence from each of these narrators individually, but together they took Claimed by the Shifters to a whole new level and brought it to life beautifully. Their acting performances were absolutely top notch.

This is the second book in The Mate Games: Pestilence series and must be read in order. Captive of the Night is releasing in April and we cannot wait to see what more Kim & Meg have in store for Rosie and her merry band of misfits!

DASH: Rushing the Play by Kayley Loring & Connor Crais is a second chance, surprise pregnancy sports romance. Dash Taylor, aka “Big D”, had an anger problem on and off the football field. If he didn’t get it under control, he would get passed up in the draft. Dash’s coach ordered him to take ballet lessons to help with flexibility, balance and to focus his anger into the right areas. Never did Dash think that he would enjoy it or that he would fall for his teacher, Charlotte “Charlie” Bardot. Unfortunately for Dash, she knew that the “Big D” was not boyfriend material and their moment never came.
Fast forward two years, and Dash Taylor is now the rookie defensive end for the Boston Tomcats. He has never forgotten Charlie Bardot and was so excited to see that she is now dancing for the Boston Ballet Company. Charlie’s dream is to dance for the NYC ballet. While dancing in Boston wasn’t her top choice, she still builds her life there while chasing her dream. Running into Dash Taylor and falling for him isn’t on her to-do list. She needed to keep her eyes on the prize. Unfortunately, Dash has his sights set on Charlie and isn’t going to let the girl of his dreams slip through his fingers again. Will a surprise pregnancy destroy any relationship that Dash and Charlie had? Will Charlie still go after her dreams in New York, or will both Charlie and Dash build new dreams together?

The audiobook is a must-listen! This multicast, done in duet style, is narrated by co-author Connor Crais and Emma Wilder, also featuring Mackenzie Cartwright and Evan Parker as tons of supporting characters. The level of talent displayed by these narrators is stunning. Connor and Emma absolutely floored us with their acting abilities, eliciting real tears and joy as we listened to Dash & Charlie’s story.

DASH: Rushing the Play is a stand-alone, but is also the second book in the Boston Tomcats series. We highly recommend that you read the books in order. We loved the journey Kayley and Connor took us on, watching Dash grow from an immature college athlete to an incredible team player, swoony partner and amazing father, all in a short two year time span. His love for Charlie and Ethan is absolutely breathtaking. Watching Charlie’s dream morph from the NYC ballet to the man of her dreams and her son was beautiful. Their romance didn’t happen in the traditional order, but is definitely one for the ages. We cannot wait to see what Kayley and Connor come up with next…this love story blew us away!

“I’m auditioning for the position of your husband. Charlotte Bardot, will you marry me?”
