A really very good story. And consequential for the universe. It rewards those with deep knowledge of Halo lore.
The reader was... OK. Not bad, but his Master Chief voice just sounded dopey. Fred-104, Linda, and Kelley were all well done, but he completely botched the main character.

The writing is bad... Like 14 year old bad. The repetitive adjective use alone is off the charts (how often can one person say "decadent")?

Cicero was known for kicking off the Renaissance.
and due to his Central role in the fall and attempt to restore the Roman Republic he may have been one of the most important idea men in the history of humanity.
thus do not Rob yourself of the experience of this Trilogy of books it is astounding

This is easily the most entertaining non-fiction book I have ever read. And the most surprising part is that the author really did a lot of deep research, and presents a coherent intellectual framework.
Milo's provocative style is merely the gateway drug to this cultural philosopher's heroine.
