Jeremiah Boucher takes a holistic approach to business and sees commercial real estate as a game. Because of that, he breaks down his investing career in quarters and six principles.

He puts an emphasis on discipline, structure and relationships/connections. He also sees the value of great leadership and teamwork - because of this he believes excelling as a person will greatly increase your probability of excelling in the highly competitive field of real estate investing. In line with his love of the game, he sees the deal as something fun to master and create. He does a great job of breaking down partnership and structures, as well as the different creative financing strategies he utilizes.

This audiobook is great for people who want to get into commercial real estate but who don’t have access to a ton of capital. It’s obviously much easier if you have access to the capital, but not necessarily impossible if you don’t. Jeremiah states that for a long time, he thought his greatest weakness was the fact that he didn’t have a lot of capital. He now understands that it was his greatest strength because it forced him to think creatively. Jeremiah Boucher’s passion and drive for the game of real estate investing is evident not only his audiobook but also in his success.

Bonus: His background (which is edited for the printed version) is unedited in this audiobook.
