Great book with good narration

I think the narrator was really good. The book itself is great and holds incredibly valuable information. I wish it was easy as "have your husband read this," and everything would be fixed...sadly no book can do that....but this one is pretty awesome when it comes to explaining the dynamics, triggers snd origins of domestic violence and controlling relationships....unfortunately it's up to each abuser to take the information inside and do the work to change their ways- something very few seem willing to do.

Such useful and insightful information. Dr. Ramani entered my life about 6 months ago when I found her YouTube channel. This book covers so much information and ground while managing to be compassionate and kind. As someone struggling with the very decision of "Should I stay or should I go," with my own Narcissist husband, this book felt like it was written just for me...it amazes me to hear my life displayed before me as she explains the patterns of narcissists. I cannot praise this book enough....Dr. Ramani is incredible.
