I listened to 5 chapters before I gave up. First she talks about micromanaging her teen son's poem, then says ultimately it's up to us to protect our health so basically masks be damned, then how she thinks her son who doesn't speak or look anyone in the eye for the first hour every morning is rude (not that some people need time to adjust to a new day - it's just a personal affront to her, not that others might think she's an overbearing maniac). The kicker was saying to not visit grandmother to make mother happy, visit because you want to - so it sounds like a miserable way to live.

Cassie Phillips and her Let Them poem is far more positive and uplifting than this dribble Robbins tries to pass as her own idea. It's not a theory. It's a saying. The gall and narsicissm is insanely high. I dipped and got my money back. Save your Audible credit and check out Cassie Phillips.

I first came across Emily Katy reading samples of her book on social media a few months ago. Things resonated but the book wasn't available yet in the US. Excited to see it on Audible, I was super happy to listen. Pleasant listening experience, great narrative structure, very validating and insightful.
