They recommend things like low fat dairy, which has been proven to spike insulin more than cheese and butter, to eat lots of protein, which out of protein, fast and carbs, fast, it's what spikes insulin more, and to eat more often in small portions, which has been proven to actually assist in the cause of metabolic syndrome. I do not recommend this.

I downloaded this mainly for the minimalism book, but after listening to all the, they both have some very useful knowledge. my only complaint is the on his health tips. I know this is not a health guide, but the most current research shows that breakfast is not necessary, and in fact, intermittent fasting has more health benefits without hindering focus. Also, you shouldn't eat as much fruit as you want. Sugar is sugar. moderation is key. But otherwise, well done.
