I wept often while listening to the wisdom in this book because it confirmed again, and again, the truths that I knew deep in my heart to be true. Thank you for spreading the true message of Yeshua: That death is an illusion and we are each capable of ascending into unity/Christ consciousness as he paved the way for us. I am eternally grateful for the concepts presented in this book, especially the Crucifixion, Resurrection, and Ascension initiations.

I didnt want it to end.
The character development is superb.

This book taught me that the most honorable achievement is to Create, however, we are taught that the most honorable achievement is Altruism. These 2 ideals seem to oppose one another, but they are in fact interdependent. We cannot have altruism without creation. Without creation, there is nothing to give. To be a creator, we must find a certain "selfishness". Without this selfishness, no true progress is made.

Rand has inspired me to invest in my own desires, instead of only thinking and desiring that which my neighbor thinks and desires.

check in with your body in each Present moment!

The structure/layout of this read is very creative and interesting. It helped me reflect on how much I have healed my relationship with food, and gave me a window into what other people might be experiencing.

I would say the best thing I learned from this book is to check in with your body as often as possible and to get curious about the answers you receive. Our bodies have so much wisdom if we just allow ourselves to listen.
