Do Not Like the New Narrator

The new narrator, George Newbern, who replaced the original narrator, Christopher Lane, for books 3 and 4 absolutely changes the tone and flavor from the first 2 books. It is much more difficult to relate to the characters and if there is a 5th book narrated by George Newbern, I will not read it. George might be a good narrator, but with this series, he does not give it the credit it deserves.

It was hard to finish with this reader. The quality of the story was hurt because of the struggle to listen to the reader.

Worst Book I Have Ever Read or Listened To

This book is hard to follow, this author skips from topic to topic in sentence to sentence with no transition whatsoever. The ending is anticlimatic and not worth continuing to listen as I did to get to the end. It was painful and I quit listening several times, but kept coming back because I wanted to find the ending. Do not waste your time or money!!!!
