My strong recommandation is to stay away from this book and to not waste your time listening this story.
The narration is awful as well.
All in all, worse book I’ve ever read with Audible (out of many).

I was wondering how Michael Connelly would manage to write an Harry Bosch thrilling story “with no badge” and have not been disappointed!
Lost Light is one the best books (if not the very best) with surprises till the very end.
To be warmly recommended !

I’ve listened this audiobook a second time straight after the first one as I was so delighted by the story and the narration.
The actors are excellent, especially Jim and Silver.
The staging, editing and recording are really well done and you feel completely immersed in the atmosphere and life of these characters and their life at the time of piracy.
Treasure Island is an audiobook not to be missed!! I can recommend it warmly.

Out of the series I’ve been listening in sequential order, Hell is empty” is the most impressive book. Thrilling scenario, suspense, unexpected events, loads of dream and inner thoughts and a compelling reading by George Guidall.
I would recommend this book without hesitation.
Had a great time listening it and looking forward to listen it again within few months.

Il est malheureux qu’un ouvrage d’un auteur aussi remarquable soit pénalisé par une lecture chaotique et fade. Bredouillages et accentuations inappropriées font de l’écoute de cet ouvrage.
Écoute arrêtée après 2 heures car trop pénible.
Dommage!
