This book is wonderful. A thorough, comprehensive, conversational, easy to understand, and above all, HELPFUL book. It is a great, non-judgemental book to bettering one's life by changing thought patterns and beliefs for the better. It even manages to merge wisdom from different religious and spiritual paths, with the end goal of better self enlightenment. I highly recommend and know I will pass this onto others.

This book has had a tremendous impact on me. I have always wanted to generate passive income, but did not have a place to start, or the needed drive to get it going. This book has inspired me to get started. When I need a boost, I just pick up Jerome's book and listen her encouraging words. I bought the book and I also bought the audio version so it is with me at all times. I also contacted Jerome with a question, and she promptly responded with not only the answer to my question, but also suggestions as how to proceed. Thank you Jerome for a great book.

This book is an excellent overview of CBT, making it very accessible for the everyday anxiety sufferer. I found the mantra section to be particularly helpful, and repeating my mantra when I feel anxiety creeping in has helped me to calm myself much faster. If you’re curious about CBT or want to learn more about anxiety and treatments, pick up this book. You won’t be sorry!
