I got all the way to chapter 39 and decided that I didn't care enough about the ending to sit through any more of the robotic narration and child like descriptions.
I believe the author has potential because it was usually easy to visualize what was going on, but it was a little too jarring when moving from one thought to the next, like there wasn't enough depth of character.
Also, the narrator should do sci-fi and not adult romance. If you need a voice for a robot, he'd be perfect.

An audio book about math may sound like an oxymoron but this book is proof that it's not. I'm not sure how I stumbled upon this book, but I'm happy that I did. The author does an excellent job at mixing math equations with practical applications that are easy to picture mentally. She also shares a lot of math short cuts, some I knew and some are new to me. All around, this book was enjoyable & we solidly need more books like this one in an audio format.

I really enjoyed the content being in an easy to understand story format. The author has good cadence & inflection while speaking and it's obvious they're passionate about the topic. All around the book is a fantastic explanation about black holes & I've actually listened to the book more than once.

I bought this book forever ago, it really does work, I remembered the periodic table for a number of years. I recently relistened to it again as a refresher & was surprised as to how many I recalled. I wish they made more books.
