Did not see the twist coming
Revisado: 08-20-19
What an awesome book. I was engrossed in this story. So much so that I never saw the twist. I actually screamed "Oh my god" out loud in my car. And Imogen Church is amazing as always!!!!

Historia
Ellen O’Farrell is a professional hypnotherapist who works out of the eccentric beachfront home she inherited from her grandparents. It’s a nice life, except for her tumultuous relationship history. She’s stoic about it, but at this point, Ellen wouldn’t mind a lasting one. When she meets Patrick, she’s optimistic. He’s attractive, single, employed, and best of all, he seems to like her back. Then comes that dreaded moment: He thinks they should have a talk. Braced for the worst, Ellen is pleasantly surprised.

Wasn't sure at first
Revisado: 07-25-19
When the book started out I wasn't sure I was going to like it...but I soon became engulfed in the story and found myself anxious for work to end so I could get back in my car and listen to more of the story.

Hooked from the beginning
Revisado: 07-25-19
I was hooked from the start of this book. I didn't like the main character Joni at first...was not rooting for her. But by the end I felt for her and desperately wanted things to work out for her. This story took twists I didn't see coming. I loved this book and would recommend it to anyone. All I can say is the Moriarty women know how to write fantastic stories.

Loved this book!!!!
Revisado: 07-18-19
I bought this audiobook on a whim because I couldn't decide what book to read after I finished my last Ruth Ware book. This one was a surprise. I couldn't stop listening. I have an extremely long daily commute and listen to a lot of audiobooks. So I like to save my listening for the car ride. But I found myself listening while at home too.

Awesome!!!
Revisado: 07-18-19
I loved this book so much. I can't believe I'm going to say this but I might have liked it better than Big Little Lies. The story of Alice was so believable and you were swept in from the first moment she started waking up in the gym. I was a little worried the narrator wouldn't be as good as Caroline Lee but I was wrong. Tamara Lovatt-Smith was superb.

So-so book with a great narrator
Revisado: 04-18-19
Let's start by saying the title and summary do not sufficiently describe the book. The "teachers" and the "School" play such a back seat to the evil in this book. The story had a huge twist at the end that it is hard to see coming. It was worth the read but don't be expecting what the summary states.
