A book that I would definitely recommend

Very funny and very interesting book. As all biographies, definitely a book from which I have learnt and I have already adviced other friends to read it.
I believe that the audio book is even better than the book honestly. Loved to listen to it!

A really useful guide

This book is a practical guide on how to deal with difficult conversations.
I read it twice and the second time took deep notes to be sure to refer to this book easily in my daily life.
It does not really talk about what to do if the difficult conversation starts from the other side, but I guess you can easily adapt the knowledge you gained to deal with it. I will definitely try to bring it into my life.
