Couldn't put it down

It's been a really long time since I've finished a book in one day. I hesitated to read this at first just because I'm not really interested in memoirs from reality show stars. This is so much more than that! So much truth and sound Biblical wisdom. I'm so glad this was a book that will speak to your heart instead of just air out the family's dirty laundry.

I was truly missing out only knowing Charles Dickens through movies like A Christmas Carol but never having actually read any of his books. The performance was great, actors great. Just great!

This book is full of good information but told like a story that keeps you engaged and interested. You really get a clear picture of the times through detailed descriptions and can easily understand the scientific explanations without feeling like you need a degree in medicine. Eye opening to say the least!
