Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
This book has been fantastic for children as a car book - the chapters are a great length for the journey, and Hugh has a clear reading voice. Highly recommended.

Yes - please record the rest of the Moomintroll series. And please ask Hugh Laurie to do it. His round vowels are a joy to listen to, very soothing to the soul.

This reading is excellent; my 5 year old daughter says it's the next best thing to Dad reading it. Hugh Laurie gets the tone just right: interesting, exciting - but not too scary in the scary bits. Highly recommended!
