This book is just as relevant today as it was 60 years ago, as the world, including here in the US, moves at break neck speed toward the same mistakes that made this story the reality of so many people, the anguish they felt is so vivid it pierces the soul to this day, while at the same time the constant reminder of the power and need for faith and hope of something better waiting on the other side reinvigorates the reader throughout, as the story is brought to life through the incredible narration it doesn't take long to understand why these stories are so important, and why their reality must be remembered but never relived in the present or future.

The money magician's secrets are unveiled. Here is a close look at their mirrors and smoke machines, the pulleys, cogs, and wheels that create the grand illusion called money. A boring subject? Just wait. You'll be hooked in five minutes. It reads like a detective story - which it really is, but it's all true.

Historia
Evan Michaels struggles with being different, with having the complete memories of two other people who lived sequentially before him. He fights loneliness and believes he is unique until he meets Poppy. She recognizes his struggle because she is like him, except that she is much older, remembering seven consecutive lives. But there is something else she must share with Evan - she is a member of the secretive Cognomina. They are, in effect, immortals - compiling experiences and skills over lifetimes into near superhuman abilities that they have used to drive history over centuries.

Incredibly well done.

From the smallest details & confirmed facts to the brilliant performance of the narrator the story quickly & easily came to life as if I were watching it unfold thru my own eyes, I only wish it hadn't ended.

Historia
Popular Lost Cities author David Hatcher Childress takes us into the amazing world of ancient technology, from computers in antiquity to the flying machines of the gods. Childress looks at the technology that was allegedly used in Atlantis and the theory that the Great Pyramid of Egypt was originally a gigantic power station. He examines tales of ancient flight and the technology that it involved; how the ancients used electricity; megalithic building techniques; the use of crystal lenses and the fire from the gods; and more.

Perfectly put together
Revisado: 06-15-21
Loved it, just enough info went into the evidence without rambling &/or over speculation to make nonexistent connections for over the top claims, and multiple view points are given on most topics to allow the reader the opportunity to form their own opinions.
