I’ve been a fan of your books for years and have always appreciated the way you build tension and excitement through well-paced, immersive stories. However, with this series, it feels like the stakes are constantly at their peak, with one intense, life-or-death situation following right after another. After a while, I found myself thinking, “Really? Another crisis already?” Without a bit of breathing room between these dramatic events, it started to feel less believable and harder to connect with the characters’ journeys. Some quieter, reflective moments would allow the suspenseful scenes to stand out more and give readers a chance to see more layers in the characters and the world they live in. I know you have a knack for balance in storytelling, so I’d love to see that brought into this series.

Outstanding read – I really enjoy this series, Especially the Christian input. Being a prior infantry Marine the book at home. Thus I’ve purchased the next two books in the series and hope it will continue.

For me, the writing and narration was superb, however, I thought it totally impossible to try, and save children at the end without any long-term planning. It would seem cruel to try and pull children from their parents, and all the main characters got vaporized by their choice...

What an outstanding complement to the series

This touched on so many levels, and while I thought I enjoyed the main series this was an amazing addition. Especially when having a glimpse through his brother‘s eyes. Being a prior 0311 infantry Marine I like the difference between the original series and their training, and what his brother and family went through which seemed spot on with what might happen in this type of scenario. Excellent writing I’m next going to see if you have any new writings available for any other series ;) – best regards Kristian

Each book keeps getting better!

I like everything about this series and it hits on everything that appeals to me. Being in the military as an 0311 infantry, Marine, This touches on so many areas with what’s happening in our country today and could happen. The narration could not be better, the storyline, the characters, the humor, the technical aspect, and military tactics. This series is by far my favorite. Especially the camaraderie, and looking up to heaven when giving thanks. I greatly look forward for the next book – thank you very much. Best regards.
