Fun podcast no matter how much you know about warhammer, as someone who has listened to almost every book

Loving this series, it still feels fresh, and is developing the characters well. Passages with AI are consistently interesting

Is where I inject this series

Continues to surprise and remain interesting, with each book having its own feel. I love the slower development of the main arc, yet still feeling urgent and built up.

The series has grown, and is still the same ol exfor I've loved for years. It's only gotten better at being exfor, and is clearly only trying to be exfor, and nothing else. It's just fun

My favorite of the series by far, the payoff continues to feel more satisfying and the character growth is beyond what I expected

It had everything I want in a space marines novel. Having just read Dante previously, this book was content rich from start to finish because of it.

The performance is the best reason to get it. The dialogue and descriptions drip with grimdark character in the narration, I love it

Exfor continues to be some of the most unique and enjoyable Scifi to me.

Deathtrap might be my favorite yet, and feels like it has all of the best elements of Exfor: the alien politics, light hearted tone, detailed narrations of 42 explosion-related events taking place within 2.74 seconds. What's not to love?

One of the most thorough and enjoyable history lessons I've ever heard. Tuchman's articulate level of research and eloquent writing style made me repeat passages multiple times just to appreciate how well written this book is.

Does an excellent job showing the eternal struggle of the labor class against the disregard of the bourgeoisie (lookin at you J man)

Great universe, mostly good story, poor narrator

I love the commonwealth universe as a whole, and love the larger ideas and concepts in the series.
I think if Hamilton spent more time taking the time to describe the society or culture of the commonwealth, rather than the constant changing settings, it would be a lot easier to remember. But the series of events starts to seem pretty bland after 50 hours. That, mixed with some lackluster character development, makes me think this series would be better with fewer points of view, and more narration

John Lee does a great narration when characters are not speaking, but it's impossible to distinguish certain characters from others.

As with the first book, the audio mixing and editing to indicate section breaks is atrocious
