I don't know anything about the first book or The Believer or any kind of prior knowledge that might have made this book funny. This book was a waste of time and money.
It has a funny title and funny names associated with it, but it is not funny.

Not really. I expected to be enlightened. Instead it was just one stereotype after another.
What was one of the most memorable moments of How to Be Black?
I liked the trip to Africa and his reaction.

yes! It is nice that it is in episodes that you can pause between and get chores done, but when getting ready for work, I listen to the complete podcast.

episodes 2,3,4 are very funny. I don't think you have to be English to enjoy it. I am in the US and I found it very funny. episode 5, not so much.
