Why start a podcast? There are three reasons people listen to a podcast: an unusual sense of intimacy, the ability to productively multitask while driving or working out, and great stories - the power of narrative. If you understand the value of creating content (for example, keeping an active blog) for your business and brand, then you understand the value of podcasting.

Historia
Gold Dust Woman gives "the gold standard of rock biographers" (the Boston Globe) his ideal topic: Nicks' work and life are equally sexy and interesting, and Davis delves deeply into each, unearthing fresh details from new, intimate interviews and interpreting them to present a rich new portrait of the star. Just as Nicks (and Lindsay Buckingham) gave Fleetwood Mac the "shot of adrenaline" they needed to become real rock stars - according to Christine McVie - Gold Dust Woman is vibrant with stories and with a life lived large and hard.

Informative and Entertaining!
Revisado: 08-26-18
From second one, this story grabs your attention and holds you by the tips of your fingers, reaching for just a little more of Stevie. Being the witchy woman she is, her story is an amazing one of sex, drugs, rock-n-roll, love and torture, whether self-inflicted or otherwise. This book takes you from the backstory of Fleetwood Mac to the present. Good story. Everyone should hear this one.
Narrator did a great job. Her voice is great, and she changes it with each character, keeping the same tone for each... very talented narrator. I will look for her again.

Historia
Paul Conklin is a rather ordinary, 30-ish fellow, sharing his ordinary, present-day San Francisco apartment with the ghosts of his dead wife and daughter. Suzanna's cooking for him again, and Cloe's bouncing around the apartment in her school uniform, and things are almost back to normal. But a piece of Paul realizes he's really bug-f--k nuts, or at least that's what he thinks. He has no idea that a Primus caste demon from the Netherworld covets his soul.

Insightful Jaunt!!
Revisado: 12-10-17
Would you listen to The Miss Dennis School of Writing again? Why?
I would listen to it again. The story was a secret glimpse into what and how a woman thinks and perceives the world around her. It explores real scenarios in which Alice, the author, finds herself and the situational humor shines through in glances. It is definitely worth the time.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Alice, of course, was my favorite character. I like her outlook on life and how she sees deals most humorously with situations such as sibling rivalry, and Thanksgiving Dinner at a Day Spa!
Which scene was your favorite?
I can't choose just one! It's a great book and Jannie brought it all to life. She was clear and concise, reading the words as if they were somehow stitched by her tongue with sugary confection. Her accent doesn't hurt.
Who was the most memorable character of The Miss Dennis School of Writing and why?
The story was full of characters, but none more than Alice. Sometimes irrational, sometimes funny and awkward, and sometimes a worry wart, she does not fail to entertain.
Any additional comments?
I really enjoyed listening to this every morning and every afternoon for the last week on the way to and from work! A great way to pass the time and share the story of a woman's life.
