It took me a bit to get behind all the characters but as they develop it’s been a lot of laugh out loud fun. As I’m a mom, I feel it’s like a faux pas to enjoy this podcast.

In the first session it's meant for you to listen while awake or in labor. There is no 10 minutes of music as the instructor mentions. It makes it kinda worthless as a practice or focus while laboring.
