Historia
How Children Raise Parents provides a bold new paradigm by showing that parenting is the process God uses to help parents grow up. This liberating approach helps parents learn to prize what they're being taught by their child's quirks, failures, and normal childhood dilemmas, rather than worrying about what their children will accomplish in life.

Interesting perspective

Good reminder that we grow with our kids and they have lots to teach us. Knowing our humanly sin /desire and insecurity would be magnified as parents is a good reminder that we are parenting whenever and wherever we are. We don't need to be perfect but ability to adjust , learn, forgive , apologize and accept are vital to be mindful about. I think this is a good general book.I hope there will be more books Dan Allender write about more specifics in terms of raising boys vs girls; specifically the sexual identity issues and going different developmental stages.
