Thank you, so much, for sharing these litigation skills, Mr. Spence. Out of all of the Audible/Amazon books I have listened to, or read, this one is my FAVORITE! I've perused or listened to dozens of "How To Win Your Case " books. And I want you to KNOW that, ( 'beyond a reasonable doubt'....without even an inkling of questionable presumptions....lol...couldn't resistt....You taught me how important it is for me to "build" a solid foundation. That consists of discovering the theme, and outlining and re-outlining the story of my case. I needed the info that I learned from other books, but your book taught me more than just words. It's a gut feeling. A connection to our father, the holy spirit or both...
