Everything I hear this female narrator, I want to scratch my eyes out.

Female narrator is the worst. She is way too melodramatic and exaggerates everything. I can't even finish even though I loved the first book.

Book and story were great, as was male narrator, but I couldn't listen to the over exaggerated way of the female narration. Truly maddening. Do yourself a favor and buy the book, don't listen to this one.

I love the story, especially the Greece connection, but I'm definitely frustrated by the narrator's lisp with her S's. Once you start hearing it, you cannot UNhear it. Otherwise, cute book.

the male voice over sounded haughty and pretentious...not at all like his character. The book felt like a first part of a bigger story...quite anticlimactic

Love content but hated frustrated

Never before have I been so frustrated with whoever should be in charge of guiding/producing such an incredible piece of work. Dr. LePera wrote a genius book, and I have followed her religiously on IG, but she should not have been the reader for Audible. My biggest concern is the 1000s who should hear this will be turned off by the stilted delivery when the essence is so great. I purchased an entire box of books for my clients...just so mad there wasn't oversight into hiring a professional reader here. She is amazing and the message is a must read...but READ it, don't listen to it.

While I love Dave Hollis and really appreciate the messages and motivation in the book, the absolute omission of all things DIVORCE in an "afterward" or even in his podcasts/videos reviewing the book seems so incredibly inauthentic. People would understand and actually appreciate it on ANY level but not acknowledging it at all breeds major mistrust...especially given the timing. I feel duped.
