Historia
Newly updated in March 2022, this audiobook recognizes that despite laws and ad campaigns, people still use meth because it feels good. Ignorance and misplaced shame are by far the biggest factors that cause the meth user harm, thereby creating social and financial costs to communities everywhere. This audiobook is not intended to induce anybody to break laws to use meth. It is a recognition that numbers of people already use and so ends ignorance with 32 tips for safer use to make using meth as harm-free as possible.

Exceptional and courageous!
Revisado: 02-08-25
An incredibly thoughtful and mature effort at speaking into a realm of chemical that is vastly unheard of still these days. Not only does our author lead with vulnerability and sincere honesty… he brings the he whole concept of using full circle, in that he touches on the cycle and the solutions to each danger.
Beyond that, even the mindsets for approaching chemical in our modern world are laid out plainly and it is so easy to see how with a little communication and wisdom these problematic zones can be updated.
Definitely inspired me and brought me to a new level of perspective with this very volatile subject!
Wonderful!

Historia
Acclaimed author, process-oriented therapist, and earlier Jungian analyst Arnold Mindell teaches us how to find the power to make our own choices and control our own lives. Drawing on his experiences with "witch-doctors" and shamans in Africa, Japan, Russia, and India, Mindell leads us on a "death walk" through our worst fears and deepest emotional crises to wake our inner shaman - which he calls our "dreamingbody." Methods for tapping the wisdom hidden in crises free our own internal sorcery for use in our daily lives. These methods enable us to become whole from within and to avoid the phantoms of unrealistic hopes and desires that limit our lives.
